How do I get the appliance?
Sign in to the appliance manager at https://appliance.sysward.com/.
How many agents does a trial get?
Trials support up to 10 agents. Need more? Reach out to support.
How long do trials last?
Trials last 14 days from creation and can be extended by reaching out to support.
Billing & licensing
How is billing handled?
We use Chargebee to manage billing, which lets you pay with either Stripe or PayPal.
How do I pay for a license?
In the appliance manager, click View on your license, then Subscribe.
The license state changes from pending to active once payment has been
processed.
How do I manage my billing information or cancel?
Sign in at https://appliance.sysward.com/ and click Billing Management in the navigation header. You can update your information or cancel from there.
I would prefer invoices — do you offer Net 30?
For larger customers we can generate invoices with net terms — contact support.
