How do I get the appliance?
Please head over to the appliance manager and login at https://appliance.sysward.com/
How is billing handled?
We use Chargebee to manage our customers which lets you pay with either Stripe or PayPal.
How do I Pay for a license?
You can pay for your license by clicking on the View button and clicking “Subscribe”.
The state will change from pending to active once payment has been processed.
How do I manage my billing information or cancel?
Please head over to the appliance manager and login at https://appliance.sysward.com/
Once you’ve logged in you can click on Billing Management up in the navigation header.
You can cancel and update your information from there.
How many agents does a trial get?
You can have up to 10 agents for your trial period.
If you need more please reach out to support.
How long do trials last?
Trials last 14 days from creation and can be extended by reaching out to support.
I would prefer to have invoices, do you offer Net 30?
For larger customers we can generate invoices with net terms.
